Millie was born and raised in San Jose. Growing up, her parents said “no” to every pet yet she somehow managed to own a bunny, a dog, a turtle, the list goes on. She was equally as determined to work in the veterinary field. She entered the field in 2021 and quickly realized it was only the beginning of working her dream job. Aside from With You Home Veterinary Care, she works full-time at one of the top animal hospitals. There you can find her doing a variety of treatments, such as blood draws, x-rays and even assisting in surgeries. Currently, she shares her days with her feathered friend named Pesto and her two German shepherds. When not on the clock, she enjoys to spend time with her family, read a book, or take the fur babies on a hike. Millie aspires to grow and learn from her peers and doctors she meets along the way.

Jay’s passion for animals began at a young age, and caring for them has always been an important part of his life. Before entering veterinary medicine, he spent two years working as a dog hiker, gaining valuable hands-on experience with dogs of different personalities and needs. That experience deepened his interest in animal health and well-being and ultimately inspired him to pursue a career in veterinary medicine.
Jay has now been working in the veterinary field for nearly three years. He enjoys continuing to learn and grow while helping animals feel comfortable and supporting the families who care for them.
Outside of work, Jay shares his life with his two dogs, Rico and Drako. He is also passionate about the aquarium hobby, which gives him another way to connect with and care for animals.
For Jay, working in veterinary medicine is more than just a career, it’s a natural extension of his lifelong love for animals, and he’s grateful to spend each day doing what he loves.
