What We Offer for Online Consultations

Our online consultations allow you to connect with Dr. Jung from the comfort of your home. This is ideal for:

  • Follow-up questions after a recent visit
  • Reviewing test results or treatment plans
  • Discussing ongoing health concerns
  • Determining if your pet needs an in-person exam

    Online consultations are $75 per 15 minutes.

How It Works

    Discuss your pet’s health concerns, get advice, and decide if further care is needed.

Important Notes

  • Online consultations cannot replace a physical exam. Some conditions require an in-home or clinic visit to diagnose and treat properly.
  • For emergencies, please call an emergency veterinary hospital immediately.

Teleconsultation Fee: Online consults are $75 per 15 minutes. We’ll confirm the time and provide a payment link/invoice prior to the appointment. Additional time, if needed, is billed in 15‑minute increments.

Care Limitations: Without an established VCPR (veterinary‑client‑patient relationship) from a recent in‑person exam, advice may be limited to general guidance and triage. Controlled prescriptions are not provided via telemedicine without an in‑person exam, per California regulations.
